Dies ist durch geeignete Ma\u00dfnahmen sicherzustellen.<\/li><li>Die Auflagerfl\u00e4chen sind zum Schutz des Lagers sorgf\u00e4ltig zu entgraten.<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"morelesen\"><ul><li>Die planm\u00e4\u00dfige Ausrichtung der Auflagerfl\u00e4chen ist zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen. Gegebenenfalls sind die Auflagerfl\u00e4chen durch Nacharbeit in den planm\u00e4\u00dfigen Zustand zu bringen.<\/li><li>Einzelne Oberfl\u00e4chenimperfektionen d\u00fcrfen nicht mehr als 100 mm\u00b2 betragen und in der Tiefe nicht mehr als 2,5 mm von der umgebenden Oberfl\u00e4che abweichen. Die Gesamtfl\u00e4che der Oberfl\u00e4chenimperfektion darf 10 % nicht \u00fcberschreiten.<\/li><li>Die Lagerungsbereiche sind gem\u00e4\u00df den bauartspezifischen technischen Spezifikationen und Normen auszubilden. Allgemein sollten Randabst\u00e4nde vorgesehen werden. Das Elastomerlager sollte innerhalb der Bewehrung liegen.<\/li><li>Bei der Verwendung der Lager mit Stahlkontaktfl\u00e4chen sollten die Stahlfl\u00e4chen umlaufend mindestens 25 mm gr\u00f6\u00dfer sein als das Lager.<\/li><li>Werden die Elastomerlager unterstopft, so ist besonders auf eine gute M\u00f6rtelqualit\u00e4t zu achten. Das Elastomerlager darf nicht punktuell \u00fcberbelastet werden. Die Last der von den Lagern abzutragenden Konstruktion sollte nicht ausschlie\u00dflich \u00fcber Keile das Lager direkt belasten, au\u00dfer es wird eine gen\u00fcgend steife Stahlplatte zur Lastverteilung zwischengeschaltet. Die Keile m\u00fcssen nach Erh\u00e4rten des Unterstopfmaterials wieder entfernt werden.<\/li><li>Die Seitenfl\u00e4chen der Lager d\u00fcrfen nicht in Ihrer planm\u00e4\u00dfigen Verformung behindert werden.<\/li><li>Jedes Bauteil ist in horizontaler und vertikaler Richtung durch Fugen derart von den angrenzenden Bauteilen zu trennen, dass die vorgesehene Lagerung (Statik) wirksam werden kann.
